Cabin in the Magical Forest

This was a fun project done in a concept art class at school. I was assigned to choose a team of four (including myself) to work together on an environment concept. All members of the class wrote times, places, and features on paper strips and then each group literally chose each category from a hat. We then had to design and build a maquette that we could light and create our artwork from. The concept we ended up with was "cabin in a magical forest on Christmas Eve in the future."
